1. General
Welcome to RAEN CREATIONS.
By accessing this website and/or purchasing artwork, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
RAEN CREATIONS offers original, handmade artworks including resin art and watercolor paintings. Each piece is unique and created with care.
2. Products & Availability
All artworks are original and one of a kind.
- Small variations, textures, and imperfections are part of the artistic process
- Colors may slightly differ due to screen settings
- Once sold, a piece cannot be reproduced exactly
RAEN CREATIONS reserves the right to update or remove products at any time.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are not completed through the website checkout.
If you are interested in purchasing an artwork, you can contact RAEN CREATIONS via email or the contact form on the website.
After confirmation of availability, you will receive payment instructions by email.
- Payment is made via bank transfer
- The order is confirmed only after full payment has been received
- RAEN CREATIONS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- Delivery times vary depending on location
- A tracking number will be provided when available
RAEN CREATIONS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and handmade nature of the artwork, all sales are final.
Returns or refunds are only accepted if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was received
If this happens:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
7. Damages
All artworks are carefully packaged.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately
- Keep the original packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours
We will work with you to find a suitable solution (replacement, repair, or refund where possible).
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content on this website are the property of RAEN CREATIONS.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use any artwork without permission
- Purchased artwork is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise
9. Privacy
Personal information provided during checkout is used solely for order processing and communication.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except when necessary for payment and shipping services.
10. Liability
RAEN CREATIONS is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Delays outside of our control
- Misuse of the artwork after delivery
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes will be handled under Portuguese jurisdiction.
